Up in the mountains of Idaho, near beautiful Payette Lake and Brundage Mountain Ski Resort, I live with my husband Richard on a terminal moraine that overlooks Long Valley.
Between us we have 6 grown children and 12 growing grandchildren.
We share our home with two German Shepherd Dogs, Sasha and Dieken.
I grew up in Corvallis, Oregon, and attended high school in Knoxville, TN and Princeton, NJ then went on to college at Middlebury in VT and Oregon State. I finally finished a BA in Applied Sociology at BSU in Boise, ID in 1990 (many years later!) and a MMn from NNU in 1992. I served as an Episcopal priest for 20 years, but have now converted to the Orthodox Church (ROCOR).
knitting, stamping, spinning, weaving, snowshoeing, mountain climbing, hiking, mountain biking, quilting, or fishing. I love to make things and am a self taught craftsperson, making silver jewelry, etc. with years of sewing experience behind me. During all seasons we enjoy being outside, whether x-country skiing, or rv camping.
